"Quick fix when I messed up my order"
I messed up my shipping address right after placing an order on cutleryandmore.com, which was totally on me. I’ll be honest, I have zero patience for chasing customer service around, so I was already annoyed at myself.
I emailed them expecting it to turn into a whole thing, but they got back to me quickly. The person was friendly, didn’t give me a hard time, and fixed the address without making it complicated.
The package arrived on time and everything was fine. i just appreciate a company that actually responds and solves the problem without wasting my day. I’d order from them again...

I found what I was looking for easily, which is always nice. The selection was solid overall, and most things seemed to be in stock. The only hiccup was that one of the knives I wanted was backordered, so that was a little annoying, but not a huge deal

I ordered a knife set from cutleryandmore.com and the site was easy to deal with. Found what I needed fast, checkout wasn’t a pain, and everything went through without much hassle. The only annoying bit was the confirmation email taking longer than expected, which had me wondering if the order actually worked or if the system was just being stupid. But overall, it was a smooth order and nothing major to complain about.

"Super fast shipping and a smooth experience"
I ordered from Cutlery and More and was surprised by how quickly everything arrived. I got the tracking info almost right away, and the package showed up just a couple days later. From my experience, the whole process was really easy, and everything was packed well when it got here. Definitely happy with how fast and smooth it all was
